Yes, DRACOON for Windows supports Terminal Server.
If you are using DRACOON for Windows in a terminal server scenario, you may want to turn off synchronization, otherwise the offline copies of each user's DRACOON files would occupy an enormous amount of disk space on the server. Please note, however, that disabling synchronization results in reduced speed when working with DRACOON files, as all read/write operations are performed directly in the cloud.
